  72. out.  Otherwise, you may turn on your printer and, at the DOS prompt (while
  73. in the directory where the demo program resides), type:

  79. Or, if you are in Windows(tm), launch Notepad, open the file Order.frm in
  80. the demo program's directory.  From the File menu, select Page Setup to
  81. set all margins minimally:  0 for Left, Right, Top, Bottom margins.  Delete
  82. the default header and footer items.  Select OK.  Then from the File Menu,
  83. select Print to print out the order form.   (If you wish to fill in the
  84. form with your order information before printing, it would be best to open
  85. Order.frm in a word processor, such as Write, because Notepad does not
  86. have an overwrite mode in Windows(tm) 3.x.)

  91. A comment about our disk duplication charges:

  93. Our software products are available in evaluation form from many software
  94. disk vendors both in the United States and internationally.  Many of those
  95. dealers offer RCCO Research programs at a disk duplication charge LESS than
  96. our own, due to their retail volume of business and the fact that they are
  97. established as disk vendors (we are a software development firm, not a disk
  98. vendor).

  100. We encourage end-users to patronize reputable, established software sources
  101. to obtain evaluation copies of our products.  User-supported software
  102. dealers usually offer free catalogs and a variety of services often
  103. including account billing, credit cards, toll-free telephone service, new
  104. user information, international shipments, etc.

  106. Our software titles are also found on several commercially-available CD-ROM
  107. disks, and often on selected on-line services.

  109. When you order evaluation sets directly from RCCO Research, you are assured
  110. of receiving the latest program versions available, in their complete
  111. evaluation form on virus-checked media.  We do not, however, ship evalua-
  112. tion disks outside the U.S.A.  If you are located outside the U.S.A.,
  113. please obtain your evaluation copies of RCCO Research programs from
  114. reputable local sources, or U.S. vendors offering international sales
  115. service, or from on-line services.
